FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on any order and give you the option to upgrade for quicker delivery if needed.

INSURED AND SECURE PACKAGING

We want to make sure your package arrives to you on time, but also give you the peace of mind if an unfortunate event were to happen during transit. All of our packages are insured as well as discreetly packed to not give away what’s inside.

DELIVERY

For the package’s safety, we do require a signature upon delivery. If the package is a surprise, we can arrange to have the package held at a FedEx or USPS location for pickup.

IN STORE PICKUP OPTION

We also offer the option of in store pickup at our Los Altos or San Francisco stores. Just let us know your preferred store!

RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that plans change. Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of their ship date.
