We want to make sure your package arrives to you on time, but also give you the peace of mind if an unfortunate event were to happen during transit. All of our packages are insured as well as discreetly packed to not give away what’s inside.


For the package’s safety, we do require a signature upon delivery. If the package is a surprise, we can arrange to have the package held at a FedEx or USPS location for pickup.


We also offer the option of in store pickup at our Los Altos or San Francisco stores. Just let us know your preferred store!


We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that plans change. Items may be returned for credit towards future purchases if they are in new, unworn condition and are received within 15 days of the purchase date or ship date, whichever occurred later in time.
