Named after JP Morgan, one of the greatest financiers in history, Morganite is the pink to orange-pink variety of Beryl, a mineral that includes Emerald and Aquamarine. This soft colored stone is popular set in rose gold settings and even most recently used as the center stone for engagement rings due to its pink diamond looks, but without the expense.
