INSURED AND SECURE PACKAGING
All of our shipments are insured and discreetly packaged for privacy and security.
DELIVERY
To ensure a safe and smooth delivery, a signature is required upon delivery. If the package is a surprise, we can arrange for your delivery to be held at a FedEx or USPS location for pickup.
IN STORE PICKUP OPTION
We also offer the option of in-store pickup at our Los Altos or San Francisco locations.
RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase, and also understand that plans change. Diamond Brokers of Los Altos does not offer refunds and reserves the right to refuse any exchange or substitution. Deposits made on custom orders are non-refundable and custom items are final sale.
All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new, unworn condition. If the exchange is accepted, merchandise must be received within 14 days of the purchase date. Exchange will be for merchandise of equal value and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
